  • What is your cancellation policy?
    I understand that sometimes plans change and photoshoots may need to be canceled. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all parties involved. If you need to cancel a photoshoot, please notify me in writing (by email) as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 7 days of the project start date will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total photoshoot cost to cover preliminary work and expenses. For cancellations made within 24 hours (considered same day) of the photoshoot you will be charged 100% (no refund) of the cost of the photoshoot. I strive to maintain open communication and will do my best to accommodate your needs while ensuring fair compensation for our time and effort. If you have any further questions regarding our cancellation policy or project timelines, please feel free to contact us directly.
  • What happens if I don't show up to a photoshoot?
    I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, unforeseen circumstances can prevent you from attending a scheduled photoshoot. However, not showing up without prior notice can disrupt my schedule and affect other clients' appointments. If you anticipate being unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on our cancellation policy, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. Communicating any changes promptly ensures a smooth process for everyone involved and allows us to reschedule your session at a more convenient time.   • How soon can I book an appointment?
    I require 7 days notice to book appointments, for this reason the online booking portal will only allow appointments to be booked 7 days from today's date. In certain circumstances I can allow bookings within 7 days, if that is needed you can email me at Lexie@fountaincitycreative.com and I will try to accommodate.
  • What if I need to reschedule my shoot?
    I understand that unexpected events can arise, making it necessary to reschedule your photoshoot. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. You can reach out to me via email at lexie@fountaincitycreative.com. Rescheduling needs to be made with 42 hours' notice. In the event that you need to rescheduled after 42 hours prior you will be charged a 50% rescheduling fee. In the event that a rescheduling is made within 24 (considered same day) hours of the scheduled photoshoot you will be charged for 100% of the cost of the shoot (no refund). Once you have contacted me, I will work with you to find a convenient time for your rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
